Porter got to have his first official "solid" food tonight- and he LOVED it!
For the last two weeks every time Dustin and I are eating he stares at our plates like he really wants some. I was actually very impressed how quickly he picked up using a spoon! Those things can be rather tricky!
At first he was trying to lick it out of the spoon like a cat... it was hilarious! After the first 10 bites though he got it figured out and downed the rest like a champ.
It's like Dustin said, "He was born to eat!" (just like his daddy)....
As soon as I'd put the spoon near his mouth he'd hurry and shove his fist up there to hold it in!
Like I said, he love it, and was all smiles!
